• Your guests will be at ease, and be able to enjoy themselves, and just  partake in the breathtaking moments of the newly wed couple.
• The ceremony and the reception can take place on the beach so that no one will have to travel to another location for the reception. The fun can start on the beach and it can proceed throughout the evening. The kids will  have a great time  – with so much space to play.
• You can be as creative as you like; create your own isle  using weaved palm leaves, flowers, or rocks; this is truly the time to create a fairytale illusion.

Your wedding day … It’s more than a day – so much more. Although – it does not have to be a dream, it can be reality.  Palmgrove lodge, an ideal venue for a Mozambique beach wedding with a difference, is located on the waters edge where romantic dhows sail out to sea on each high tide, and Palm trees set the atmosphere. The restaurant has a fully equipped kitchen for catering. Menus are designed around your preferences, as well as availability in Mozambique.

Additional charges:

  • A Marimba band can be hired on your request.
  • A South African Reverend is available on request – to make your special day legal.
  • If you already got legally married in South Africa, we can arrange at a small extra cost for a Missionary to do the service on the beach.
  • The service can be done in Afrikaans or English, or if you want it more local, we can arrange a local Missionary to fdo the service.
  • Airport pick-up if your guests who choose to fly-in
  • If transport is needed, a shuttle-service is available at a reasonable tariff departing from Pretoria, with designated pick-up and drop-off points along the route, directly to our lodge.
